Set within a working organic farm on the outskirts of Santa Eulària, this newly completed six-bedroom finca by architect Joan Roig combines contemporary architecture with a rare vision of self-sufficient living. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, orchards and cultivated land, the home is designed around a seamless relationship between indoors and out. A double-height atrium forms the heart of the house, connecting light-filled living spaces with shaded terraces and the surrounding landscape. A generous kitchen flows naturally to an outdoor dining area, while a separate lounge opens onto tranquil garden seating areas designed for relaxed entertaining. The estate is centred around a working agricultural landscape, with olive groves, fruit orchards and seasonal produce cultivated using ecological principles. Landscaped terraces, an outdoor pool and a series of peaceful lounge areas are woven throughout the grounds, creating a setting that feels both productive and restorative. Six bedroom suites continue the home's calm, natural palette, many with direct access to private terraces. A dedicated wellness area features an indoor heated pool, sauna, cold plunge and gym, while sustainable systems - including a private well, rainwater harvesting, solar power and aerothermal climate control - support comfortable, low-impact living year-round.
